An Elegant Shaker Kitchen
This historic town house in the centre of Chichester has benefitted hugely from an extension that is flooded with light from the large lantern. Working with this space presented our designer a number of structural elements that required creative solutions to produce an elegant kitchen to complement this stunning space.
Stoneham in frame shaker was chosen for its classic, timeless elegance and to fit with the historic surroundings. Oak dovetail drawers, cutlery partitions and walnut interiors ensure that that elegance continues within. A light colour palette allows this room to make the most of its large lantern ceiling and patio doors.
Our designers worked around significant structural building elements to maximise storage throughout this kitchen
A large central island provides ample space for preparing, entertaining and breakfasting. A full length run of units on the back wall conceals a structural element that is now seamlessly hidden within the cupboards whilst allowing for some useful storage in front of it.
